Terms and Conditions

Bankstown Sports ('we', 'us', 'website(s)') and related services refer to BANKSTOWN DISTRICT SPORTS CLUB LTD (ABN: 88 000 243 916) - a registered club located in Bankstown, New South Wales Australia. If you would like to communicate with us, please do so via orders@bankstownsports.com

We may modify the TOS from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

BANKSTOWN SPORTS maintains a strict adherence to the Responsible Service of Alcohol under the New South Wales Liquor Act 2007 and associated Regulations.  BANKSTOWN SPORTS only sells liquor to persons 18 years and older. Valid proof of identity must be presented at pick up or delivery.  Under the Liquor Act 2007 it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on or off licensed premises.

We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

If proof of age cannot be obtained on pick up or deliver, the order will not be processed and relevant refunds will be issued.

Payment

We take adequate care in ensuring all payments through our site are conducted through a verified third party payment gateway - eWay. Using a secure payment providers means we do not store any credit card details during your transaction. In addition to the SSL encryption used on our website, we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal information are protected when you purchase through our website. 

Payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard.

Ordering

In order to be eligible to purchase, you must provide us with your personal details including your real name, date of birth, phone number, email address and any other information that is labelled as mandatory. 

In compliance with the responsible service of alcohol, all orders placed must be by an individual aged 18+ that can provide appropriate identification on pick up or delivery of goods. 

All orders will be subject to acceptance and availability based on items that are available. Whilst all care is taken to ensure that items are in stock on our website, there may be in delay in acquiring additional stock from suppliers. In the instance that this occurs, we will aim to notify you of any updates including expected delivery dates. 

We may refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. 

Delivery

Our delivery services are in house (i.e. operated by Bankstown Sports) and will operate weekly on Thursday and Fridays within and only available to a selected number of suburbs within the range of Bankstown. These suburbs are clearly listed throughout the website and can be viewed here. Within these suburbs, free delivery is available for purchases over $70. For purchases under this price, there will be a $10 delivery fee.

We cannot leave liquor products untended; if you are not home when we deliver we will return these goods to our warehouse. You will be charged a $20 fee to have these goods redelivered.  

Pick Up

Pick up will be from one single location - Bankstown Sports located at 8 Greenfield Pde, Bankstown, NSW 2200. Pick up will be via the Bankstown Sports Mona Street entrance for the safety of our customers. Pick up will only be available during predefined times and customers are requested to include their pick up time in a comment during the checkout process. These times are available here. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

In the event that goods are received damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. You can contact us via orders@bankstownsports.com. We reserve the right to require proof that goods were damaged or faulty. 

For change of mind, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order subject to the goods remaining unopened and in original condition. In this instance, a full refund excluding delivery or pick up costs will be made.
